Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Small non shedding dogs are allowed on request only. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Security Deposit
A $1000 security deposit is required prior to check in. This is refundable once the property has been checked for breakages, damages or non adherence to house rules.
Booking Terms
House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any further guests other than those indicated at time of booking. Please ensure pets stay off furniture and out of bedrooms, are not left unattended if they will disturb neighbours and please clean up after your pet.
