Level 1: Entertainment Hub
On the first level, you'll find the heart of the home - a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a spacious living and dining area that can comfortably seat 10, and an alfresco dining space seating another 10, where you can savor meals while gazing at the tranquil waters. Lounge chairs provide the perfect spot to unwind and take in the view. And don't forget the pool and spa (unheated), right on this level, for your ultimate relaxation.

Level 2: Master Suite
The second level boasts a luxurious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite. Wake up to stunning water views and step out onto your own balcony to greet the day.

Top Floor: Family Retreat
The top floor features three bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, lounge area and bathroom. 2 of these bedrooms also offer private balconies with magnificent water vistas, creating a serene escape for everyone.

Bottom Floor: Kids' Paradise & Teenagers' Retreat
The bottom floor is a haven for kids and teenagers, featuring four bunk beds, a living area, and a ping pong table. It's the perfect spot for fun and games, and it opens up a large deck and lounge, again with sweeping water views.

Step outside to discover your private paradise, complete with a sparkling pool and spa (unheated). But that's not all - a private deep-water jetty (max 2 vessels) awaits those who want to explore Brisbane Waters by boat.

PLEASE NOTE- this is not a party house, our neighbours are close by and we have a strict noise curfew, failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and you will be asked to leave. Please do not book if this does not suit your plans.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $2,000 will be required to be transferred into our trust account prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damages, accidents or non adherence to house rules.

Parking

Garage and drieway parking available, max 4-5 vehicles. All other vehcles must park up the street and strictly not in the cul de sac as this blocks our neighbouring properties.
