  • We have a strict no party policy and ask that our neighbours be considered at all times - please keep noise to a minimum, especially when using the outdoor areas
  • Not available for events, hens, bucks, school leavers or groups under 25.
  • No more than 2 additional visitors to enter the property without permission
  • Visitors must depart before 10pm
  • Number of guests sleeping at the property must not exceed that on the booking request
