- We have a strict no party policy and ask that our neighbours be considered at all times - please keep noise to a minimum, especially when using the outdoor areas
- Not available for events, hens, bucks, school leavers or groups under 25.
- No more than 2 additional visitors to enter the property without permission
- Visitors must depart before 10pm
- Number of guests sleeping at the property must not exceed that on the booking request
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM - 8 AM
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or hotel
