Aquilae is a peaceful Waterfront Retreat in Horsfield Bay named after the sea eagles often seen gliding overhead, Aquilae is a relaxed 4-bedroom home set right on the water at Corea Bay. With wide water views from every room, direct access to a quiet sandy beach, and bushwalks starting from the property, it's a calm and private place to unwind.

The Space-
Aquilae is spread across three levels and designed to make the most of its beautiful location. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, and the open-plan living space flows out to a generous deck-ideal for a morning cuppa, lazy afternoons, or evenings by the fire.

What to Expect-

  • 4 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 8), all located on the bottom level
  • Stunning views over Corea Bay to Box Head
  • A small sandy beach just down the path and fire pits (a small amount of firewood will be provided)
  • Well-equipped kitchen with a handy butler's pantry
  • Two outdoor fire pits for evenings under the stars
  • Bushwalk from the back of the property
  • Ceiling fans throughout plus heater is all bedrooms and living areas (no air conditioning, but great sea breezes)
  • Garage parking available
  • Furnishings have been updated in places, keeping with the same relaxed style
