Split over two generous levels with multiple outdoor entertaining areas and separate living spaces there’s plenty of room to kick back and relax with extended family and friends.
The expansive open plan kitchen, living/dining room flows out to a wrap-around terrace where you’ll be spoilt by the stunning vistas over Killcare beach. Many an hour could be spent gazing at the ocean, simply watching the waves while enjoying a cool beverage after a big day at the beach.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

The Local Area:
Killcare is the secret gem of the Central Coast. Surrounded by Bouddi National Park there are numerous bushwalks to seven secluded beaches. Killcare Beach is patrolled over the summer months with a kiosk and restaurant at the Surf Club. The southern end has the added bonus of a natural rock pool ideal for the little ones. Putty Beach at the northern end of the beach is ideal for snorkelling, fishing or swimming as it is protected from the swell. The village precinct of Hardys Bay is a short walk away and has everything you need from a general store and bottle shop, art gallery and boutique shopping to cafes with freshly baked breads and pastries. There are some great restaurants for an evening out. Further around towards Wagstaffe you can catch a ferry to Palm Beach or hire out the tennis courts.

Booking Terms

House Rules: No parties, events or excessive/amplified noise at any time. No outside noise between 10pm - 7am. No internal noise past 11pm. No smoking on the property both indoors or within the grounds. Children to be supervised at all times especially when using the lift. Please use covers/throws for couch for young children. Please no food or drink on carpeted areas as the sisal marks easily, please let us know immediately of any spills - do not rub or treat carpet yourself.
