With the sandy path to the beach on its back doorstep and fully protected from the wind, this charming two storey property promises guests a peaceful holiday experience. Recently refreshed with new carpets, selected furnishings and a built in lakeside firepit you’ll be comfortable and cosy on your next trip to Copacabana. Water sports, hiking trails, rock pools, cafes and bakeries are just a stone’s throw from the house. Watch the sunrise over the beach and take in the magical lakeside sunset from the terrace. The tranquility of changing vistas is sure to soothe the soul. This home is also pet friendly (see pet policy below) and has a fully fenced yard as well as direct access to an off leash beach and lagoon area.
Copacabana is renowned for its surf, friendly locals and boasts one of the few dog friendly beaches in the area. This spacious and well-appointed cottage is the perfect place to unwind, no matter the season.

Pets: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.
Copacabana is one of best kept secrets just 1.5 hours north of Sydney. Just a few steps to some of the best surfing beaches on the Central Coast your hardest decision for the day will be whether to surf, swim or kayak. Walk to Macmasters Beach to enjoy a morning coffee or swim in the ocean baths.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000 is payable prior to checkin. This is refundable once the property is checked for damages, breakages or non adherence to house rules.
Booking Terms
House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any further guests other than those indicated at time of booking. Pets allowed on application must follow pet policy requirements
