Perched high amongst the trees with beautiful ocean views this pet friendly beach house is perfectly positioned for a beachside getaway.

Located just a short 300m stroll along the rear laneway to the beachfront of Copacabana, with its cafes, restaurants, shops and award winning bakery, you’ll have everything you need at your doorstep to relax and unwind. For your four legged fury friends, the home has a fully fenced back yard and front verandah with the icing on the cake being Copacabana Beach which has a fabulous dog friendly section with lagoon (see pet policy below).

The Home:
Light, bright and airy, this home is set over multiple levels making the most of the stunning ocean vistas. After a day at the beach, wander back to your comfortable beach abode and spend the evenings relaxing with the family. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal for the family, but if you prefer to cook in the fresh air then fire up the BBQ on the back deck.
If you’re a fan of relaxing in the open air then take advantage of the multiple outdoor areas. You’ll find a fabulous deck on the upper level, perfect for sipping a cocktail on a summers evening while you take in the view. For dining, head down to the patio and relax under the pergola. It you don’t fancy taking the stairs, then simply step out from the open plan living/dining area and take a load off on the front deck. So many outdoor options!
During the cooler winter months, gather inside in the cozy and comfortable lounge room and get stuck into some classic board games. The living areas have reverse cycle aircon so no matter what time of year you’re staying you’ll be very comfortable.

The Area:
Copacabana is one of the Central Coast’s best kept secrets, just 1.5 hours north of Sydney. Just a few steps to some of the best surfing beaches on the Central Coast your hardest decision for the day will be whether to surf, swim or kayak. Walk to Macmasters Beach to enjoy a morning coffee or swim in the ocean baths. With shops, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep, you’ll find it hard to leave.
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Parking

Please note there is no on street parking available at this property. There is parking for possibly 3 small cars in the driveway and carport. You will need to limit the cars to 3 to safely access this property.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any additional guests other than those indicated at time of booking.
