Security Deposit

A security deposit of $1000.00 will be required prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damage, accidents or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. We only accept bookings for quiet getaways, no parties, hens, bucks, school leavers or special occasions of any kind. Quiet time between 9pm and 7am and no amplified noise at any time. Pool use is restricted to 8am to 8pm and please supervise children at all times with no running or screaming. The pool is for the use of Le Booker guests only and we cannot host anymore than 6 guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property or on the grounds. Please take care not to park in unauthorised areas and please do not block the driveway at any stage. There is one allocated car space at 90 degrees to garage number 1 (which is locked for owner use only). All other vehicles will need to be parked on the street. Please note for the security of our guests the property is equipped with security cameras.
