Located only 250m to the beautiful sands of MacMasters Beach, accessed via a leafy track at the bottom of the drive, you’ll have everything you need for a perfect beach retreat right at your fingertips.

The Home:
Perched above the surrounding homes you’ll enjoy stunning panoramic ocean vistas stretching from Tudibaring right around to Copacabana headland. Recently renovated by locally acclaimed architect, James Fraser, the home has been cleverly designed over two levels with multiple living areas and outdoor spaces, ideal for those extended family getaways.

After a day at the beach, retreat to your luxury abode and spend the evenings relaxing on the deck with a cocktail as the sun slowly dips. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped making it ideal for the chef in the house to curate their fabulous feasts. For a more casual affair, fire up the BBQ on the rear deck and enjoy a cool beer while the sausages sizzle to perfection. Downstairs you’ll find a spacious second living area, perfect for the kids or those that want to hide away in a quiet corner and get stuck into a good book.

If you’re a fan of freshening up in the outdoors then this home has all bases covered. For a quick rinse after the beach, take an outdoor shower on the lower level. For something a little more luxurious, the upper deck features an outdoor bath tucked away for those long relaxing soaks.

During the cooler winter months, gather around the wood stove and enjoy a well deserved glass of red wine and a round of Trivial Pursuit or venture out to the rear deck and tuck into toast marshmallows and hot chocolate around the fire pit.

The Area:
Macmasters Beach is one of the best beaches on the Central Coast. Boasting a great right hand point break, a beach break at Tudi (off the lake mid way along the beach) and Copa point there is always a wave to enjoy. The beach is patrolled during the summer months and there is a rock pool at the southern end of the beach for the little ones. There is a kids playground just opposite the beach and the surf club has a kiosk as well as a bar that is open on Friday and Sunday nights where you will meet all the friendly locals. The beach is dog friendly from the headland heading north to just past the lagoon.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $1000.00 will be required prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damage, accidents or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any further guests other than those indicated at time of booking. Pets are only allowed on request and required to be non shedding. Please ensure pets stay off furniture and out of bedrooms, are not left unattended if they will disturb neighbours and please clean up after your pet.
