Pet Policy: The property is pet friendly (upon prior approval from the owner). Please note the yard is not fenced. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.

Nestled between Bouddi National Park and Box Head, Killcare and Killcare Heights delivers attractions on and off the beaten track. Delight your cultural fancies with art galleries, boutique shopping and fine dining along the main shopping strip in Hardy’s Bay. You can also enjoy a five-star experience at the famed Bells at Killcare, one of the coast’s premier boutique hotels. Wander along sandstone cliffs and coastal heaths while taking in the exquisite beauty of the Bouddi Coastal Walk. Those looking to relax with the sand between their toes can unwind at popular Putty Beach or Little Beach.
Other things to note:
NO MORE THAN 10 GUESTS (8 adults and 2 children are permitted to stay at Ocean Break @ Killcare. Guests MUST NOT BYO any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
Street parking is available but limited as the lock up garage is not accessible by car. We recommend that as the driveway is steep that you park on the street
SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited.
Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.
PARTIES including SCHOOLIES are NOT permitted. Unfortunately we will not accept booking for schoolie or university groups, as this is not a party house. Please note that the person making the booking must be staying at the property and be over the age of 25.

This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. We only accept bookings for quiet getaways, no parties, hens, bucks, school leavers or special occasions of any kind. Quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of the quiet residential area at all times.
