Nestled in a private and tranquil setting with spectacular ocean views, Villa Serena combines the graceful forms of classic Mediterranean architecture with beautifully appointed interiors providing an ultimate holiday experience. Gentle curves define the fluid layout across three levels, with whitewashed interiors and Travertine floors creating a thoroughly modern design. Relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean vista, in this iconic and luxurious retreat. The home expands over 3 levels, accommodating 9 guests plus your furry friend (see our pet policy below). The top level provides open plan living , kitchen, dining and lounge with doors opening out to the Mediterranean terrace overlooking the garden and panoramic ocean views. On the top level you'll also find a study with a futon sofa bed.

The middle level offers the Master bedroom with Ensuite and private terrace access. There are 2 more bedrooms on this level with balcony access and a beautifully appointed second bathroom.

The lower level accessed by the external spiral staircase offers a private retreat with a lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom opening out to your own terrace and garden.

Villa Serena, located in the picturesque and peaceful area of Killcare and Hardys Bay offering an idyllic coastal lifestyle. You are surrounded by the beach and bushland with Bouddi Coastal Walk stretching all the way to Macmasters Beach.

This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.

This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. We only accept bookings for quiet getaways, no parties, hens, bucks, school leavers or special occasions of any kind. Quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of the quiet residential area at all times.
