Parking
Double lock up garage plus visitor parking to the rear. Please do not park on the grass verge at anytime. If you require additional parking there is ample free street parking just outside the gates.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000.00 will be required prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damage, accidents or non adherence to house rules.
Booking Terms
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. We only accept bookings for quiet getaways, no parties, hens, bucks, school leavers or special occasions of any kind. Pool and outdoor area noise is restricted to 8am to 9pm only. Quiet time throughout between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of the quiet residential area at all times.
