As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. We do not accept groups of school leavers, bucks parties, bride to be parties or social gatherings of any kind. We can only accommodate quiet getaways.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any additional guests other than those indicated at time of booking.
