This absoote beachfront home on North Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for a larger or extended family and is split over 3 levels.

On the top level there is the master bedroom with a queen bed, large walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a cot for the bubs. The third bedroom on this level has two king singles with the addition of a trundle bed. This level has the convenience of 3 bathrooms.

The middle level showcases the entertaining area with dining, living and kitchen areas capturing the amazing beachfront views. The home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the living areas and upstairs bedrooms, however when opened to the verandah beautifully captures the natural sea breezes. The dining area opens onto a deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. **Note that gas fireplace is no longer in use due to safety concerns - the ducted AC is perfect all year round**

The lower level has a kitchenette, the third queen bedroom with TV unit and bathroom. The games room contains a pool table and lounge area as well as another queen bed and the use of another single bed if required. The perfect kids recluse whilst the parents kick back and relax on the generous sized balcony overlooking the ocean.

The Location

North Avoca is a quiet beachside village with a great family feel. With a patrolled area to swim at the northern end you can choose between Avoca Beach Rockpool or patrolled area or North Avoca. Depending on the conditions and the wind direction if one end is not ideal the other will be. There is a funky cafe for your morning coffee in North Avoca or walk the beach to Avoca Village to catch a movie and a dinner out.

The butcher at Avoca has some great cuts but please note he does close earlier on weekends.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Security Deposit

A $1,000 security deposit is required prior to check in. This is refundable once the property has been checked for breakages, damages or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any additional guests other than those indicated at time of booking.
