Close to the beach whilst also having the convenience of a solar heated pool you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to taking a dip. Located a short 10-15 minute walk from the beachfront of Copacabana, with its cafes, restaurants, shops and award winning bakery, you’ll have everything you need at your doorstep to relax and unwind.

The Home:
Filled with natural light and set over two levels with multiple living areas, three bathrooms and a home office this home is perfect for large or extended families.

After a day at the beach, wander back to your beautiful beach house and spend the evenings relaxing with the family on the rear deck or poolside patio. Keep an eye out for Sheldon, the resident Kookaburra, who will be in his spot, as well as the friendly rainbow lorikeets who like to say hello. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal for the family, but if you prefer to cook in the fresh air then fire up the BBQ and enjoy a cool one while the sun goes down. The open plan kitchen, dining and living is a great place for the family to gather but if you need a little separation then the upstairs living area is the perfect retreat for those wanting a little piece and quiet.

This home is great for a year round beach holiday. Summers are all about the long beach days so grab the cabana and set up camp while the kids surf world class waves or SUP at the lagoon before heading up to shops and cafes for a well earned milkshake. If the grown ups get thirsty, stop into the local tapas bar for a cheeky cocktail or a cold beer. During the cooler winter months, get the heart pumping on one of the many beautiful bush walks in the Bouddi National Park. For a quick, easy walk you'll find Captain Cook Lookout just a stone throw from your doorstep, great for seasonal whale watching. Alternatively, take the track down to Winnie Bay for a spot of rock pooling with the kids. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head home and take a dip in the heated pool while the chef in the family throws together up a family feast.

The Area:
Copacabana is one of the Central Coast’s best kept secrets, just 1.5 hours north of Sydney. Just a few steps to some of the best surfing beaches on the Central Coast your hardest decision for the day will be whether to surf, swim or kayak. Take a walk along the sand to Macmasters Beach, feed the ducks at the lagoon along the way and enjoy a dip in the ocean baths. With shops, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep, you’ll find it hard to leave.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

A $1000 security deposit is required prior to check in. This is refundable once the property has been checked for breakages, damages or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any further guests other than those indicated at time of booking.
