Just a short stroll to beautiful Copacabana Beach with its cafes, restaurants, shops and award winning bakery, this pet friendly home is perfectly positioned for a beachside getaway.

Suited to large or extended families with multiple living areas, expansive kitchen/dining and three bathrooms, you'll have all the space you need to relax and unwind. For your four legged fury friends, the home has a fully fenced yard with the icing on the cake being Copacabana Beach which has a fabulous dog friendly section with lagoon (see pet policy below).

The Home:
Light, bright and airy, this home is set over two levels with two living areas, a piano room and upstairs rumpus with pool table. After a day at the beach, wander back to your comfortable beach abode and spend the evenings relaxing with the family. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal for the hungry tribe, but if you prefer to cook in the fresh air then fire up the BBQ on the back patio. You also have the option of dining out at the cafes and restaurants just a short walk from your front door.

During summer, Copacabana is all about long beach days so grab the cabana and set up camp while the kids surf world class waves or SUP at the lagoon before heading up to the shops and cafes for a well earned milkshake. During the cooler winter months, get the heart pumping on one of the many beautiful bush walks in the Bouddi National Park. If you don't feel like getting in the car take the short 15 minute walk to Captain Cook Lookout, great for seasonal whale watching. Alternatively, take the track down to Winnie Bay for a spot of rock pooling with the kids. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head home and take a load off while the chef in the family throws together up a family feast.

Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.

The Area:
Copacabana is one of the Central Coast’s best kept secrets, just 1.5 hours north of Sydney. Just a few steps to some of the best surfing beaches on the Central Coast your hardest decision for the day will be whether to surf, swim or kayak. Walk to Macmasters Beach to enjoy a morning coffee or swim in the ocean baths. With shops, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep, you’ll find it hard to leave.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Security Deposit

A $1000 security deposit is required prior to check in. This is refundable once the property has been checked for breakages, damages or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any further guests other than those indicated at time of booking. Please ensure pets stay off furniture and out of bedrooms, are not left unattended if they will disturb neighbours and please clean up after your pet.
