The Pearl Beach Shack is a spacious Hamptons inspired holiday dream which features modern kitchen with SMEG appliances and new bathroom.

Keep cool & warm with 2x air-conditioners in living area, floorboards throughout and a large undercover deck with stadium style seating so you can sit back and watch the kids play in the fully fenced yard.

The kitchen, dining and lounge are all open plan and French doors and strut windows open out to the deck and lawns with lots of beautiful natural light flowing in.

The Beach Shack offers a 3 bedroom house plus an additional cottage sleeping 12 people. (8 adults and 4 children) In the main 3 bedroom house the Master bedroom contains a queen, Bedroom 2 contains 2 sets of single bunk beds (sleeping 4), while bedroom 3 contains 2 queen beds. The separate cottage features a double bed, air conditioning and living space with Foxtel and a separate bathroom.

Please note, there is no Wifi at this property and internal stairs (3) from living/ kitchen to bedrooms/ bathroom in the main residence.

All a short, flat, stroll away Pearl Beach, ocean pool, fine dining and Arboretum.

Just a 10 minute drive to Umina and Ettalong - markets, cinemas, ferry services, supermarkets, and restaurants or walk to Patonga through the beautiful national park to the famous Boathouse at Patonga. That's if you want to leave the golden sands of beautiful Pearl Beach just moments away.

Portacoat and high chair are available to hire - subject to availability.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $1,000 will be required prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damages, accidents or non adherence to house rules.

  • As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short- term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.52 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay with us is enjoyed without interuption.
  • No unauthorised additional guests
  • Not available for parties, events, bucks, hens or groups under 25
  • Number of guests sleeping at the property must not exceed that on the booking request
  • Pet friendly for small/ medium dogs only and strictly by request (must be kept off all furnutre and bedding) - $50 pet fee will be added
  • Please respect our neighbours, quiet time between 10pm-7am
  • Please be aware no parking is allowed on the grassed area. There is adequate driveway parking.
  • Please note, this property can sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children.
