It also has an additional separate studio with king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, accommodating 2 additional guests. If you would like to add this studio to your booking please message me to add $400/ 2 night stay to your rates.

The ultimate base while you head to the beach, shops, eclectic markets, cinema, catch the Ferry to Palm Beach, hire a BBQ boat, go for a bush walk or jet ski, all within a stroll to local cafes and quality restaurants and bars.

  • This property is very private but is attached to one other apartment. There are no shared spaces besides the jetty which is sometimes used by the attached neighbours.

Please note this property is not new and as a result of being super close to the ocean has a few signs of wear and tear including spots of surface rust and heavy doors.

Parking

Street parking only. The garage is locked with the owners belongings, there is usually plenty of street parking at the entrance of the building. Please do not park in the driveway.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $2,000 will be required to be transferred into our trust account prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damages, accidents or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

  • As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short- term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.52 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay with us is enjoyed without interuption.
  • No unauthorised additional guests
  • Number of guests sleeping at the property must not exceed that on the booking request
  • Strictly no pets allowed
  • Please respect our neighbours, quiet time between 10pm-7am
  • Not available for parties, events, bucks, hens or groups under 25
  • Pets are strictly not permitted
  • Smoking not permitted in or on the grounds of the property.
