- the pool is older and shows some signs of wear. We schedule professional cleaning before each guest's arrival, but due to the surrounding trees, there may be leaves or small debris in the pool upon arrival or throughout your stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.

Parking
There is parking for 1-2 in front of garage, being accross from the beach there does seem to be lots of cars around durubng the warmer months.
Security Deposit
An ID check and security deposit of $1,000 will be required prior to check in and is refundable once the property has been checked for damages, accidents or non adherence to house rules.
Booking Terms
- As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short- term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.52 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay with us is enjoyed without interuption.
- No unauthorised additional guests
- Number of guests sleeping at the property must not exceed that on the booking request
