Positioned high with a beautiful leafy outlook this pet friendly beach house with log fire is well suited to large or extended families. Located just a short 10-minute walk to the beachfront of Copacabana, with its cafes, restaurants, shops and award winning bakery, you’ll have everything you need at your doorstep to relax and unwind. For your four legged furry friends, the home has a fully fenced back yard with the icing on the cake being Copacabana Beach which has a fabulous dog friendly section plus lagoon (see pet policy below).

The Home:
Light, bright and airy, this home is set over two levels with two generous living areas providing plenty of space for large families. After a day at the beach, wander back to your comfortable beach abode and spend the evenings relaxing with the family on the rear entertaining deck. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal for the family, but if you prefer to cook in the fresh air then fire up the BBQ as the sun dips in the distance. Downstairs you'll find another outdoor area, perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs.

During summer, Copacabana is all about long beach days so grab the cabana and set up camp while the kids surf world class waves or SUP at the lagoon before heading up to the shops and cafes for a well-earned milkshake. During the cooler winter months, get the heart pumping on one of the many beautiful bush walks in the Bouddi National Park. If you don't feel like getting in the car take a short 5 minute walk up to Captain Cook Lookout, great for seasonal whale watching. Alternatively, take the track down to Winnie Bay for a spot of rock pooling with the kids. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head home and fire up the wood burner or bust out a board game while the chef in the family throws together an evening feast.

Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.

This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption. We do not accept groups of school leavers, bucks parties, bride to be parties or social gatherings of any kind. We can only accommodate quiet getaways.

Driveway parking for 4 cars, however, the driveway is steep. Ample free on street parking is available.

Security Deposit

A $1,000 security deposit is due prior to check in. This is refundable once the property is checked for damages, breakages or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any additional guests other than those indicated at time of booking.
